Ace agencies start working for Easee

Easee is a Norwegian company that sells (home) chargers for electric cars. The Ace agencies Born05 (Digital Branding), Glasnost (PR & Storytelling) and IM Lounge (Media Performance) have developed an integrated brand campaign for Easee in The Netherlands and Belgium. Adformatie wrote in January: “Born05 is taking the lead in the development of the campaign, which will be rolled out in the first quarter. Glasnost takes responsibility for the associated PR strategy and media performance agency IM Lounge takes care of the media strategy and procurement of the international campaign.” 


For this campaign we’ve used a variation of channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google Search just to name a few. This paired with 2 TV campaigns creates a great mix of mass media/social media and always-on/campaign.


› Easee brand campaign

The Easee Charging Robot is a charging solution for electronic vehicles developed and manufactured in Norway. This smart charger can be installed in apartment blocks, parking facilities and commercial buildings alike; it’s smart, full of power and compact which makes it perfect for at home use as well. It’s that Easee! 


The aim of the campaign is to draw attention to this ‘stylish, compact and smart car charger’ and to ‘convince a new target group to make the switch to electric driving’ from an emotional point of view.

Carolijn Daamen, marketing manager Benelux at Easee: ‘We are very excited that Easee is now also available in the Benelux. The theme of the campaign is ‘Day & Night’, in which the importance of (yourself) optimal charging is central. At the end of the day you may come home ’empty’. The busy day turns into the quiet night. A good night’s sleep can help recharge your body and mind. In the meantime, thanks to the Easee charger, your car is also optimally charged, so that it can go on the road with you the next day full of energy.’
